Shipping Policy

OZMERE ships orders to the destinations available at checkout. The shipping option, charge and any delivery estimate shown at checkout apply to your order.

Shipping charges

Current configured rates are ₹379 for India and ₹1,800 for listed international destinations. The final available option and charge are confirmed at checkout before payment. International availability depends on destination.

Processing and delivery

Apparel may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Processing and transit times vary by product, destination, carrier and demand. Any estimate shown at checkout or in order updates is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Public holidays, weather, carrier delays, customs checks and incorrect address details may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, dispatch or tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Carrier tracking can take time to show the first scan.

Address details

Please check your shipping address and phone number before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after production or dispatch begins.

International orders

Import duties, customs charges or local taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the customer, where applicable. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
